The frame consists of:

• Various laser cut 1/8" acrylic sheet pieces
• NEMA 17 stepper motors (2)
• 1/4 - 20 nuts and bolts
• 2GT-200 timing belt with matching 60 and 16 teeth gears

From top to bottom:

• Gimbal Base
• Gimbal Top
• Mounting Frame (2)

Blue lines indicate 90 degree bends (done by heating up sheet)
